The Parador design flooring vinyl Classic 2070 is 100 per cent waterproof and can therefore be installed in damp rooms without any problems – without any time restrictions in the presence of standing water. It features an SPC core board, integrated footfall sound insulation and an integrated backing that further enhances the already excellent acoustics of the surface. It can be installed on slightly uneven substrates as well as on underfloor heating and cooling. The Comfort-Click system enables an easy, safe and custom-fit installation. Due to the excellent properties of this flooring, there is a lifetime (lifetime of the person entitled to the guarantee) manufacturer's guarantee (according to Parador guarantee terms) for private use. For commercial use, a guarantee period (according to Parador guarantee terms) of ten years is granted.
An SPC core board is the rigid, limestone-based core of an SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) vinyl plank or tile which makes the flooring highly stable, durable, and waterproof. Unlike traditional vinyl, the SPC core is made from PVC resin and natural limestone powder, creating a very dense, dimensionally stable, and resilient material that resists expansion, contraction, and water damage, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and damp environments like kitchens and bathrooms.
