Requirements for neo App Controlled Heating
- neoStat: The neoStat is mains powered, so at least 3 wires excluding earth are required at the thermostat position.
- neoHub: The neoHub requires a DHCP-compatible broadband router.
- Smartphone App: You will need an iOS or Android compatible mobile device.
Installation
Installation is straightforward. Connect the neoHub G3 to your broadband router using the supplied Ethernet cable, create a free account using the neoApp, and begin pairing compatible Neo devices.
