Fleece backed underfloor heating mat. The DCM-PRO electric underfloor heating mat uses unique decoupling technology (a membrane to prevent stress from moving between the subfloor and the floor covering, which protects against cracking. This separation is especially important for tiled floors). It offers a customisable UFH solution and a choice of heating cables for standard and low-wattage projects. Fleece- backed underfloor heating is designed to use with damp or uneven subfloors.

Warmup DCM-PRO Fleece Backed Decoupling Mat V3

Product Description

The Warmup DCM-PRO Fleece Backed Decoupling Mat V3 is an advanced electric underfloor heating system designed to protect tiled floors while delivering efficient, controllable radiant heat. Using decoupling membrane technology, it separates the subfloor from the floor finish, preventing stress transfer and significantly reducing the risk of cracked tiles or grout.

This makes DCM-PRO one of the most reliable systems for tiled installations, particularly in areas where movement, moisture, or subfloor instability may otherwise cause long-term issues.

The fleece-backed version is designed for installation using traditional adhesives, creating a strong bond with the subfloor while still allowing flexibility during positioning and installation.

For a full system overview and comparisons, see our DCM-PRO Underfloor Heating Guide and Electric Underfloor Heating Systems Collection Guide.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Decoupling Protection – Prevents stress transfer and protects tiles from cracking
  • Fleece-Backed Design – Ideal for adhesive-based installation on uneven or damp subfloors
  • Flexible Heat Output – Works with different cable spacings for tailored performance
  • Installer-Friendly – Membrane can be repositioned during installation
  • Compatible with Multiple Floor Finishes – Primarily tiles, with options for other finishes using levelling compound

  • Porcelain tiles
  • Natural stone

Other finishes like vinyl, carpet, or timber require a 10mm levelling compound layer.

See our Underfloor Heating Compatibility Guide.
