DCM-PRO electric underfloor heating uses unique decoupling technology ( a membrane to prevent stress from moving between the subfloor and the floor covering, which protects against cracking. DCM-PRO offers customisable features. The fleece-backed membrane has been designed to use with traditional adhesives.
The Fleece-backed membrane features a standard fleece backing which can be used with a separate adhesive to create a strong connection between the subfloor and the system. Particularly suitable for use in spaces featuring damp or uneven subfloors and it allows a flexible installation method whereby you can reposition the membrane as required.

- This is designed for use under stone and tile tile floors, but it can also be installed under other flooring types including carpet, vinyl, and timber. This is done by adding a 10mm layer of levelling compound to the membrane first.
The DCM-PRO Fleece V3 Mat has a flexible heat output ranging from 112.5 W/m² to 225 W/m². The exact output depends on the wattage of the specific Warmup cable selected for installation, which allows the system to be tailored to different project needs. For homes with lower power supplies or higher heat loss, there is also a low wattage system option available with an output of 41.3 – 82.5 W/m².
The low wattage DCM-PRO is rated for increased floor finish resistances of up to 3.0 tog and allows you to tailor the system to your power requirements.
