Eco Friendly Flooring are delighted to supply vinyl flooring Concrete grey from the Trendtime 5, both Dryback and Integrated click versions (the underlay is integrated) of this product range.
This is a real high performer and unique in terms of function and design. Parador's wear classes show that these floors are suitable for heavy-duty use. These laminate floors are low in emissions and allergens which promotes healthy living and ensures a good living, indoor environment. The mineral texture is an expression of particular naturalness. The character of fine stone flooring is imitated by the porous-rough surface in a near-natural way. The 4-sided mini bevel reinforces the authentic overall impression. A special atmosphere therefore emerges that creates a beautiful and comfortable home.
Parador Trendtime 5 vinyl flooring is available as an oversize tile in the format 914.4 x 457.2 x 2.5 mm and can be installed in a variety of individual ways. The creative installation patterns ensure a high-quality living room flair. The durable all-rounder is robust, antibacterial and very easy to clean. It is therefore particularly suitable for households with children, allergy sufferers or even pets. The large-format tiles are 100% waterproof and can therefore be installed in wet rooms without any problems – without any time restrictions in standing water. The flooring, which is quiet and warm underfoot, ensures very good room acoustics and is therefore very popular for use in the residential and commercial sector.
Parador vinyl flooring for gluing is ideal for demanding renovation projects due to its low installation height of only 2.5 mm. Gluing the resilient floor covering (Dryback, adhesive vinyl flooring) ensures a strong bond to the substrate and combines a homely ambience with extreme resistance. The flooring is suitable for gluing on top of underfloor heating. Due to the excellent properties of this flooring, there is a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee for domestic use. For commercial use, a guarantee period of ten years is granted.

Subfloor must be dry, solid, and clean. The rigid SPC core board is more forgiving of minor imperfections (e.g., small bumps or tile joints), but significant unevenness should be addressed. |
|
3. Underlay |
No integrated underlay. Requires a separate, appropriate underlay or direct adhesive application. |
Integrated acoustic underlay is pre-attached. No additional underlay is needed or recommended. |
|
4. Tools |
Requires notched trowel for adhesive, laser measure/chalk line, utility knife, hand roller. |
Requires Parador MultiTool, spacer wedges, hammer, jigsaw/circular saw, utility knife. |
|
5. Installation |
Apply adhesive in sections using a trowel. Lay the tiles into the wet or semi-dry adhesive (according to manufacturer guidelines), pressing firmly and using a roller for full adhesion. |
Click the planks together using the tongue-and-groove "Comfort-Click" mechanism, ensuring a tight fit. Use spacer wedges for a 5 mm expansion gap around the perimeter. |
|
6. Installation Speed |
More time-consuming due to adhesive application, drying/curing times, and meticulous subfloor preparation. |
Generally faster and simpler; a popular choice for DIY installation. |
|
7. Immediate Use |
Cannot be walked on immediately; must allow adhesive to cure fully (up to 24 hours depending on adhesive type). |
Can be used immediately after installation is complete. |
|
8. Professional Help |
Professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure proper subfloor preparation and adhesion. |
Highly suitable for DIY installation, though professional help is an option. |
