This panel seems great - have just put it up in our 4mx3m garden room - not cold enough out there yet to give it a thorough review. The build quality, packaging and instructions are all very good - it us a much more robust panel than I imagined. The only thing that might improve it would be a drilling template (to help get your head around the offset on the bracket - as simple as saying "fit the bracket 4cm (or whatever) to the left of centre for where you want the panel to fit. It would save a bit of mental gymnastics! It even came with a screw set, where and rawl plugs, and a neat velcro cable tidy.

From my first conversation to the last Teresa she was very helpful & professional.
When she couldn't answer a particular technical question she insisted on contacting the manufacturer & called me back with the answer.
Then she assisted me through my order & payment as I was having trouble doing it on line.
Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble.
I was working on a tight schedule for my delivery & again she was very helpful with this.
Unfortunately the unit arrived damaged ( couriers fault ) but once again this lady was amazing in organizing the collection & then the delivery of it's replacement.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eco Friendly & any one who uses them will not be disappointed.
Furthermore the heater is installed & looks beautiful.
