Can't recommend Teresa highly enough.
From my first conversation to the last Teresa she was very helpful & professional.
When she couldn't answer a particular technical question she insisted on contacting the manufacturer & called me back with the answer.
Then she assisted me through my order & payment as I was having trouble doing it on line.
Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble.
I was working on a tight schedule for my delivery & again she was very helpful with this.
Unfortunately the unit arrived damaged ( couriers fault ) but once again this lady was amazing in organizing the collection & then the delivery of it's replacement.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eco Friendly & any one who uses them will not be disappointed.
Furthermore the heater is installed & looks beautiful.

I contacted Eco Friendly Heating and Flooring to install an infra heating system. The job was completed in a very timely and professional way. After looking for flooring which felt like an eternity we came across Eco Friendly Heating & Flooring on line, was looking for something a little different and that’s definitely what we got. There was a little confusion about sizes and the amount of packs we required but Teresa the office manager contacted us very promptly after placing the order to advise and confirm the correct packs required. This company’s customer service is second to none. We were kept informed from the minute we placed the order until delivery. The quality of the flooring is amazing and we are blown away with the results. My husband laid the flooring himself and said it was a breeze. I've got an infrared panel from them and its so convenient and comfortable to use, heats up rooms extremely quickly and releases very nice comfortable heat, 10/10!
